Galentine’s Day has caught on in a big way, you guys, and I’m loving the new tradition. The charming Ruthie and Kachet recently organized quite the soiree at Hock Farm Craft & Provisions, one of the tastiest farm-to-fork eateries around! Ten lovely ladies gathered for delicious cocktails, dinner and dessert, the latter of which was my favorite, natch. (Check it out below). hockfarm galentines partygalentines2017_-74 copy

Such a fun group! I came right after work, so I missed the group photo, but I joined just in time for cocktails and conversation at the table.

My Galentine’s Day attire was decidedly dressed down. Demi boot cut jeans and a light jacket with pops of pink for a little bit of a festive vibe.

The bar is so gorgeous. I love the combination of traditional and modern decor. Just out of the shot is this gorgeous wood table carved in the shape of California.

The Gals:

These two cocktails were so tasty. On the left is The Bird & the Bee, which was a refreshing mix of Griffo dry gin, creme de cacao, wildflower honey, and fresh lemon – all served up with a spiced strawberry-sugar rim. The cocktail on the right is totally my style. It’s the Old Fashioned Banana Cocktail with roasted banana-infused Sonoma Brothers bourbon, raw sugar, and chai-infused angostura bitters.

This is the dessert that I couldn’t get enough of! It’s called the Dark Chocolate Cremeux and is made with pistachio, blood orange, and oreo cookie crumb.

This whole thing is so adorable — now I want to do this next year! Hock Farm looks like such a rad space as well; can’t wait to try it!
